ABOUT MAKENNA
Makenna fell in love with the arts early in her life. From the age of six, she attended various workshops, camps, and classes. She continued to create throughout her education - improving her skills in drawing, oil painting, and portraiture.
In her time at Fordham University, she branched out into the world of digital art, design, and marketing - applying her traditional art skills to the digital sphere. At Fordham, she learned creative coding, video game design, and various design programs including: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Figma. She applied her newfound skills interning as a graphic designer and social media manager with Glass River Media for a semester.
Currently, Makenna is a full-time graphic designer in NYC. She has spent the past two years working with KCSA, where she has dabbled in both graphic design and social media for client and internal requests. She has experience working on projects for iHeartMedia, Flushing Bank, KindlyMD, Firefly Neuroscience, Newlake Capital Partners, and a variety of other clients. With KCSA, she also had the opportunity to independently design and animate two NASDAQ billboards in Times Square for client debuts on the American stock exchange.
Makenna also works for a range of other clients - most notably Snapchat and WJCT Public Media - where she has delivered logos, illustrations, and graphic print work for various events.

In her free time, she enjoys running, painting, testing her gluten-free baking skills, and playing with her two cats Evie and Apollo.
